Our Trainers

HENRY EE SEOW KEONG  FBCI, CBCP (Lead Trainer)

Henry Ee is the founder and managing director of Business Continuity Planning Asia Pte Ltd (BCP Asia). He is a certified BCM professional as FBCI (BCI) and CBCP (DRII), and is also a certified management consultant by PMC.

With over 15 years of experience in this profession, Henry has implemented more than 100 projects in various industries including the healthcare, manufacturing, financial, logistics and the public sectors all across Asia. He has greatly contributed in the development of various BCM Standards and was part of the technical committee for the Singapore Standard SS540:2008 and the British Standard BS25999. He was also involved in the development of the US Standard by ASIS, BC Provider Standard SS507 and ISO22301. Since 2008, he is the appointed Regional Director of BCI (Asia) since 2008 and was the first Asian to be elected as a BCI (UK) Board Member in 2006. Furthermore, he is the appointed technical auditor for Spring Singapore in 2006-07, as well as by various international certification bodies, to conduct the BCM certification audit.
 
Henry holds a first class honour degree in Electronics Systems Engineering from the University of Essex (UK).  

 

 

KENNY SEOW  AMBCI, CBCP
Kenny Seow has over 19 years of international experience in disaster recovery, business continuity and crisis management in the banking, securities, logistics and public service sectors. He is currently an independent consultant providing business continuity support, training and advisory services to the Western Australian Government. Prior to this, Kenny was the Regional Head of BCM in Deutsche Bank AG with responsibility for the development and implementation of the bank’s BCM program across 16 countries in Asia Pacific. Kenny speaks regularly at seminars and conferences, and has presented papers on business continuity in many countries. He was awarded the BCM Lifetime Achievement in the Asia Business Continuity Awards in 2007. Kenny is also the BCI Area Representative for Western Australia.
 

WONG TEW KIAT MBCI, CBCP, COMIT (Senior)
Wong Tew Kiat manages the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Services and Operations for a large recovery site provider. His professional experiences include business continuity consultancy to many financial institutions, manufacturing and logistic firms. He has more than 20 years of experiences in IT Disaster Recovery, DRP Management, Business Continuity Planning and BC/DR related services and trainings. He was the President of the Business Continuity Group, a chapter of Singapore Computer Society from 2003 to 2006 and reelected as the President in 2010. He was in the working committee in developing SS507 Standards for BC/DR Service Providers. He was also appointed as the Senior Consultant to the China Business Continuity Management (CBCM) since 2004. He was awarded the BCM Lifetime Achievement in the Asia Business Continuity Awards in 2008. 
 

 

 

VICTOR NG SEE WAI  AMBCI

Victor Ng is the Associate Director of BCP Asia. Victor joined BCP Asia in Year 2008 and has since assisted more than 20 organisations to implement their BCM programme.  He is also a well-liked trainer whom has trained more than 500 personnel; some of which achieved their professional certification. Victor has over 25 years of experience in business continuity, IT disaster recovery, IT security and risk management.  Through his years in the banking and financial industry where he held senior posts, Victor’s real life experience in business continuity includes Y2K, Sep11, SARS and global virus attacks incidents.

Victor is a professionally certified AMBCI (BCI) and graduated with a degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (USA).
 
 
PECK EING SENG  AMBCI
 

Peck Eing Seng is a BCM professional certified by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI). He combines extensive knowledge and four (4) years of experience in Business Continuity with six (6) years of solid background project management – both in a production and service provider environments. He has also handled projects which involved internal and external users internationally.

Furthermore, Eing Seng provided advisory, interviews and consultancy services to more than twelve (12) BCP Asia’s customers from the healthcare, manufacturing, research, telecommunication and public sectors of Singapore, China, Thailand and Indonesia.  During his involvement in these projects, he helped revamp the BCM programme of these companies which led to an SS540 certification. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) degree from the National Technological University (NTU).
