Upon project award, BCP Asia will assess the current state of readiness of the client and the expected outcome. A course of recommended actions for implementation will be provided to clients, subject to client’s acceptance. After implementation of the program, a maintenance program will be drawn to ensure the continuous update and improvement of the management system. The maintenance plan will also address the competency of key stakeholders, increase the complexity and the maturity of the program.
