Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using BCP Asia’s website services and registering for the courses or events, you’re agreeing to these terms. This is a legal agreement. 

General

This website is owned and operated by Business Continuity Planning Asia Pte Ltd (hereinafter “BCPA”).

By accessing and using any part of this website, you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not use this website.

In case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, BCPA reserves the right to seek all remedies available under the law and in equity for such violations. These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all visits to this website, both now and in the future.

BCPA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. All changes will be posted on this page, and your use of this website after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms and Conditions of Use and all of the changes. You should therefore read this page carefully each time you visit this website.

Registrations

Any changes in registrations must be notified to BCP Asia at least 3 working days before the commencement of the course. You may find a replacement to replace the absentee. Cancellation made more than 5 working days before the course commencement date will carry a 10% administrative charge and cancellation made less than 5 working days before the course starts will carry a 40% administrative charge. Full course fee will be charged for “no show” delegates.

Name in Certificate Of Attendance and Certificate Of Completion (if applicate) will appear as per the registration form. Any amendments after certificate is issued will be subjected to $5/copy as replacement fee.

I agree that BCP Asia have the right to change the mode of training / location due to unforeseen circumstances.

For WSQ Funded Course Registrations

As part of the registration for WSQ-approved courses, all learners who are eligible for and would like to receive training grants, please note that it is compulsory to submit your NRIC and other details listed in the registration form. All data will be kept confidential and secure. Do note that the details will be listed in the invoice and be aware of sharing the invoice with third parties.

Proprietary Rights

The materials located on this website, including the information as well as any software programs available on or through this website (“the Contents”), are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by BCPA.

Personal Data Protection Act

You have agreed and consented that BCPA may take photographs and or videos of you during your participation in the training and any other related activities. You further consent that BCPA may use such photographs and or videos in promotional brochures and in any other materials, for the following purposes:

  1. publicity purposes,
  2. purposes of internal reporting,
  3. for use in their annual reports; and
  4. for any other related purposes.

Content

Except as otherwise provided, the Contents of this website shall not be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of BCPA.

You may use, hyperlink, copy and distribute the Contents found on this website solely for personal, internal, non-commercial, informational purposes only.
