The CBCI Certification Training Course

Course Overview

This 4 days training course is based on the BCI Good Practice Guidelines (GPG), the independent body of knowledge for good Business Continuity (BC) Practice and is aligned to ISO22301.

The course is intended to meet the technical and professional needs of BC and resilience professionals working in organization of any type and size, in any industry or sector worldwide.

  • Module 3: Analysis (PP3)
    • Purpose and Impact of Business Impact Analysis
    • Developing Business Impact Analysis
    • Methods and Outcomes of Evaluating Threats

  • Module 4: Design (PP4)
    • Continuity and Recovery Strategies and Tactics
    • Threat Mitigation Measures
    • Incident Response Structure

  • Module 5: Implementation (PP5)
    • Developing and Managing Business Continuity Plan
    • Importance of Communication Plans
    • Requirements of Tactical and Operational Plans

  • Module 6: Validation (PP6)
    • Developing an Exercise Programme
    • Assess Maintenance Activities Required Within the BCMS Program
    • Methods of Review of the BCMS Program

Course Duration & Conduct

Duration: 4 days (Online exam taken at your own time)
9 am – 5 pm (including 1-hour lunch break)

Conduct of course: Classroom or Online Training Available
– Classroom Training will be held in Singapore
– Online Live Training will be held via Zoom
